The drawings for this show, “Snake in the Grass” and “Blue Mushroom by the Seashore” were a lot of fun for me and a challenge. I have to say that I kind of got lost in the details and kept wanting to add more. At least for now, drawing on black paper has a strange allure that didn’t exist when I’ve drawn or painted on white paper. It’s almost as if the picture is hidden in the paper and I have to discover it!!
